I couldn't decide this morning so i got a tea and shake. I tried the white chocolate rasberry protein shake and peach tea. Both very delicious! And big servings. I still have tea in fridge to enjoy later....The staff were very friendly and helpful for a newbie and indecisive person like me! I am so glad to have a healthy place here in Hardin Valley. They also have post workout shakes and gluten free!!
