Friendly service, not much of a breakfast in the morning and we were up at 630am so it's not like many people are before us but the selection wasn't good.... Overall the place is clean and the rooms were also but beds very springy which was great for the kids to jump on .... The pool and exercise room were a let down for my family also

Upon arrival, I was not given my room preference as a Gold Elite Member, but Kevin and Calvin,who were at the front desk,both very friendly and courteous, upgraded me to a King Suite. Room was spacious,very clean and there was a sitting area separate from the sleeping area with its own TV.Very comfortable bed. Also a little bar area with sink, microwave and fridge. Since this Holiday sits along Interstate I 40/75,ask for a room in the back if possible. Nice warm pool with fitness room. Business center. Typical breakfast that most Holiday Inn Express have. Keurig coffee maker in room.

The people there are WONDERFUL and that is what makes the difference. I cannot say enough good things about the PEOPLE!! My husband passed away while we were staying there, at UT Medical Center, and they are still calling to check on our family️ What more can one say

Stopped here for just a night. Looks great from the outside. Lobby was nice, but second floor was a a bit run down. Walls unpainted, and the elevator down button wasn't even in the wall. Bed was not comfortable. I can usually sleep anywhere, but did not sleep well. Staff was nice but didn't give the discount she said she would. And didn't have the time to argue in the morning. Had to get on the road.

Was there for one night but the room was clean and great. Had everything we needed. They have shampoo and conditioner including body wash in the shower.

Overall, our stay was acceptable. However, there were a couple of issues I would like to note for future travellers. Our room was facing the highway. It was very noisy and we could not sleep. Very likely the rooms that face the other side are less noisy. We were travelling for an athletic event for our child. We were counting on having breakfast at the hotel. I called the hotel the day before our arrival asked how it would be served and what would be provided. I was told there would be boxes with suasages, eggs and a muffin. I double checked with staff upon arrival that there would be breakfast. We did not leave enough time to go for breakfast anywhere else in the morning. When we went for breakfast in the morning I thought it was a joke. Just juice and cheap packaged muffins. You could make some hot oatmeal too which few kids would eat. It was frustrating not because they did not have much but mostly because I was told there would be and we made our plans accordingly.

I reserved a room in March and paid for it then. I showed up to the hotel and they said that they were full due to a large party. They said that they had communicated it to booking.com, but they had no record of it. So booking.com got my money back and put me in the Airport Hilton, which turned out great. How do you lose a confirmed paid room that you reserved 7 months ahead of time??
