Terrible customer service. Staff gathered near entrance not greeting or working. Just messing around. Cashier at register in shorts with brown hair and mask pulled below your nose you need a lesson on customer service bc you have zero skills.

Music is very loud, pls turn down just a little. I know the music is very important, even when shopping on the Hollister app they have a built in music player with the same sound track from the store. Listen to musicnot thinking about pricesleaving with bags of clothes. Great clothes tho, I really enjoy the way they feel. From swim trunks to flannel shirts for everyone! The price reflects the quality. One lucky days you can find killer deals, right now you can get all jeans for 25 and flex flannels for 16. Sign up and get points and free things from the app. Buying things online is so smooth and easy.
