I had my ears pierced today at West Town Mall by Thalia. She was very courteous and explained the whole process to me thoroughly. The process was very quick, and I felt comfortable the entire time. The store also did a lot to follow safety procedures in the pandemic! I would definitely recommend getting your ears pierced here, and I will be coming back in three weeks to get some new earrings. Thank you!
