I recently purchased a home and used Jeff Watkins as my realtor. I chose Jeff because after speaking with him he seemed to be very \hands-on\, active with his clients, seemed honest, and responsive unlike some agents that never return calls or texts or if they do at all, it's never prompt. Jeff earned my business and I would highly recommend him to anyone, and I do so frequently. He helped me protect myself in the negotiation phase, he was there during the home inspection and even crawled under the house with the home inspector and me, and of course he was there for the closing to make sure everything went off without a hitch. I don't usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but Jeff Watkins earned it.
