I want to say a big THANK YOU to Michelle. She and Jo at Jenny Craig paid attention to the craziness of my life and work travel. They took the initiative to customize a challenge that would fit my personality and travel challenges. As a result of accepting their unsolicited challenge, I broke through a plateau and lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. I am now only 9 pounds from my goal and freshly motivated.
