Horrible unprofessional service and lack of basic common sense manners. Towed my car the second time because the sticker fell to the ground (it was due to cold weather) and even though they admitted they saw it and are aware of the reason for it falling to the ground they still persisted with their desperation for 150. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Towed my 20 y/o daughter's car as the result of KPD revenue generation on the backs of hard working UT students attending underserved parking-capacity campus. Destroyed the front under carriage- heard it as I watched her drive it out of impound lot. Called Jim's. Intellect-challenged barely lingual-capable disrespectful girl hung up on me twice after telling me \towing never damages cars\! Meanwhile my daughter's driving down highway shedding shards of plastic. No recourse. Mean, sad world we live in.

This place is amazing! My truck broke down with a loaded trailer in the middle of the night, they towed it to the dealership, took me to a hotel, stored my trailer in their lot, and all with a great price and friendly service. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times over and over again!
