I love Jos A Bank! I’ve never regretted any of my purchases. My dress shirts gave me 5 years of no ironing! Their polos, jeans, and chinos are so comfortable. I always shop their sales and I always get tremendously more quality than that of other department stores like JC Penny’s. The last few times I have been in the store I have worked with the store manager. Great guy and great service and he made sure to order me whatever I need if he didn’t have my size in stock!

The pricing, under normal circumstances, is rather high at Jos. A. Bank. However, they have recently had generous sales that encouraged me to make multiple purchases, and Todd, the senior store manager, was resourceful and pleasant.

Great place to look for suits. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. They have good sales and definitely recommend if your looking for a new suit.

Save your money. This store's service used to be pretty good but on this visit service was none existent. I went in, got measured and bought two, 80 shirts. The first time I wore one I could barely button it and it chaffed my neck. When I tried to exchange them I was told they could do nothing for me. No exchange, no refund, not even an in store credit. Apparently washing a shirt before wearing it the first time voids any warranty. All they did was re-measure my neck and tell me it was the correct size. You can get shirts for half the cost and get crappy service a lot of places. Or you can go on the web, guess your size and return in no questions asked. I go to the local stores expecting to pay a bit more in exchange for better service. This store failed in the latter. Very disappointed.
