Great job, they came out found and repaired outside unit problem, wouldn't defrost. Two other companies came out prior to them, I spent 1,800.00 with the other two companies that never resolved the problem. Mike and his team with Karns Mechanical came out, found the problem and repaired at a very fair price. They also replaced my old air handler with recommended American Standard unit at a fair price. They charged the exact price as quoted. They are honest, on time and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Mike was great! They came out on short notice, were very respectful of our home, and added a lot of value and professionalism. Would definitely recommend working with Karns Mechanical, rate was competitive and very reasonable. We will be calling them for future hvac needs :)
My AC stopped working last night. I was able to coax it back to life but was concerned that it was telling me it was time for a pro. I contacted Karns Mechanical first thing this morning. I explained what had happened and the trick I used to get it working. I was told they would work me into their schedule sometime today. Less than two hours later there were in my driveway. They completed a thorough examine of my compressor. They found a defective part and replaced it on the spot. Everything else checked out OK. My unit is 6 years old - still under warranty. Total bill was 45 for service charge. Great response, friendly knowledgeable technicians, and best service. They are my go-to HVAC service!!
