Great service department! Called them about a recall on my machine Monday afternoon. They told me to bring it in Tuesday afternoon sometime, and I could pick it up Wednesday afternoon sometime. Dropped it off Tuesday at about 5:30 (about closing time). They called me Wednesday morning at about 9:30 telling me it was ready to be picked up. That's what I call fast, efficient service, and a better than promised time frame.

walked around the building twice, went inside no one greets you. Had to poke our head into a cubicle mind you that are all glass windows to ask if there were any side by sides available? Guy never even gave us eye contact, stared at his computer screen, and said we have 1 I THINK. Didn't even seem interested in making a sale. We walked in with cash looking to buy. Won't be back.
