Dawn was an excellent resource for us and gave us such great information about the area we were looking in. She dedicated so much time showing us different options for our land purchase and we appreciate her patience as we made our decision. She has always responded to our many questions right away and made the buying process very easy. Jon also set my mind at ease when I had some reservations about our lot. Dawn and Jon Powell are the best realtors on the face of the planet. We planned a move to the Knoxville area from California. I requested a packet from the City of Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, and Dawn contacted me about a week after that. I scheduled a full day tour with Dawn and Jon to look areas of Knoxville and available homes in our price range. They spent an entire day showing us around, without ever becoming frustrated with our changing ideas. We were so unaware of the terrains, building types, utility choices and neighborhoods, that we seemed to continuously remove \must-haves\ and add \must-haves.\ We left the city, back to California, with an offer on a house. The house ended up being withdrawn from the market, but Dawn kept us updated regularly on the availability of the house. When we finally moved out to Knoxville and rented a house for a short term, Dawn spent another 3 days touring us around, showing homes in our budget and with our desires in mind. On what ended up being the last day, we had a list of homes to see, but Dawn had her own list. We ended up falling in LOVE with one of her finds and we closed 3 weeks ago!! We love this house so much and would not have found it on our own. It checked every single box that we had (even with the add ons and removals). I highly recommend Knoxville Real Estate Professionals, if you want the PERFECT home (even if you keep changing your mind on what that is).
