Stopped in to get a couple bras in particular, but shopped the store. First time I tried on 3 different styles of pants and needed 3 complete different sizes. Usually LB is pretty fluid with sizes, so this was odd. When it came to bras, a staff member started to help me. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she gave me different bras, and not even the size I told her. I ended up having to find my own bras and my own sizes. In other LB's I have had the members come back and ask how I am doing...not here. When I came out of the dressing room, the only person that acknowledged me was another customer I mistook for a worker. I was a little disappointed. I usually get better service at these stores. I ended up getting 2 pair of pants, a top, 2 bras, and a tank. Now...these bras...are AMAZING!!!! It is the lightly lined lounge bra. No wires, no clasps, only metal on it is the adjuster on the straps. These are great structurally, easy to slip on and off with a little arm sliding. I am a 44D...so we all know how "not easy" this could be. Being lightly lined, they hold me nicely and can still be modest. I have been wearing them for about a week and they are still wonderful, and comfortable. I will probably be buying more. Have to return the denim I bought...as the button gouges me in the stomach...and it's just not that comfortable about 10 minutes into wearing them. LB really needs to promote more "pull on" style denim and bottoms, in my opinion. Was going to get a pair of girlfriend jeans, but the zipper kept falling. I bought boyfriend jeans...haven't worn them out and about yet, but hoping they work. Just wanted something other than leggings. Love the top.

I usually avoid Lane Bryant at all costs! I bought something online and received the wrong size. I was on a mission to return that item. I also replaced that item today. The ladies were amazing! They were very attentive and helped me find what I needed. They even provided advice when asked. Best experience today. Hands down!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Sharon (older lady) was rude from the moment I walked in the store with an exchange. There was no greeting whatsoever and it felt like the customers were a burden the entire time as they worked on their "overwhelming" projects. I am giving 2 stars for the manager Connie's efforts in customer service but should be 1 for not giving me the correct number to her DM. Seems the manager knows Sharon is an issue with her side comment that was made when I asked for Sharon's name. Please remember the customer pays your paycheck, greeting and asking someone how their day is going goes along way in customer service, creating a "forever customer. " I have over 20 years in retail management experience, learn how to take care of the customer. Have a nice day!
