My experience was pretty great as someone who doesn't typically shop for hats in retail. I decided I wanted a hat to show my support during the upcoming football season and asked the associate for a gray or charcoal wicking style ball cap. He pointed me to where I needed to look and educated me on what to look for to make sure the hat had the wicking feature i wanted. After a few minutes of fumbling through soo many hats I asked him to see if had a certain hat in a certain size. He was able to look up the hat and confirm he had one and locate it for me. It's what I'd consider to be an ideal retail shopping experience.
love these stores. if you're out of state and want hometown teams. the selection is small. but still a great store for a new lid.
