I bought two TVs back in 12/22/2020 for one of my client for 2370, I wanted to buy it from Best Buy but they didn’t have them in stock so Best Buy sale person took me to magnolia, and I ended up buying it from them. Keep in mind I’m a Best Buy elite plus member and purchase between 15 to 20k every year from Best Buy 1/03/2021, went to my client house to install those TVs, one 65” and the other one 55”, I found out screen is broken on 55” tv, took it back to magnolia, after almost 30 minutes, they told me the box is fine, there is no sign of damage and this happened after I purchased it. I explain if I broke the tv it should be a sign of physical damage but there was no one whatsoever, screen was broken internally and they refused to exchange the tv. Ended up going home and calling their corporate office, long story short after so much frustration, Josh the manager call me and he said to take the tv back for exchange. Do Not Buy anything form Magnolia design center, they are not like Best Buy and have their own return policy.

We have struggled with someone who is reliable, does what they say they will go, and will be around to service our home audiovisual needs. After twenty years of searching I am glad to say we found the right people, Magnolia Design Center. They have been totally professional and great to deal with. The work has been great, the people are very easy to deal with, and they know what they are doing. They were also somewhat less expensive than other people we had contacted. One of the biggest pluses is that they have been around a long time. And, they are not going anywhere, so as things come up, we will have someone to call. If you are looking for help with home AV etc., look no farther than Magnolia. You will be pleased you did! (They are housed in and affiliated with Best Buy.)

BAD EXPERIENCE! I bought a Samsung QLED 65 inch TV today in less than 10 minutes. I spent 2400. I had been researching about this TV for a long time so I knew what I wanted. Bought this TV from SEAN PARKER he claims he is the supervisor/manager. Horrible customer service and extremely unacceptable behavior as a manager. I brought this TV at home and found out it was an open box!! SEAN told me when I asked him if it’s an open box he said it’s not! When I opened the box I found plastic black remote with some different cable. Absolutely nothing like it was promised. How would you feel if you spend 2400 and they cheat you like this? When I called him he said it’s factory error well of course you will blame the company. When I called Samsung corporate they told me it’s a possibility it’s an OPEN BOX! DO NOT TRUST THIS MAGNOLIA CENTER IN BEST BUY! They cheat customers. Especially the guy Sean Parker! I told him I’m going to write a review and he said that’s fine he doesn’t deserve to be in any management position to be treating customers this way. I wasted my time and money. I rented a uhaul pick up truck so I can take TV to my home since I don’t have SUV car. I told him I need my inconvenience money and he said that will not happen! THINK 10000 times before buying anything from this place. RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD MANAGER Sean Parker!
