I've had to report this law firm to the Barr Association etc for abuse of power. They do not explain what will happen and they wrote a false review on my behalf. I was in a Chapter 13. They took my money for a year and never distributed a penny except to themselves. Did they pay you all to give a good review?? If I could give a negative star I would. Never file Chapter 13 in East Tennessee. They will manipulate you and take your money for nothing and your tax return. This is what happened to me and only me. I was also told that the state of Tennessee is corrupt. In my own opinion it is. I will be seeking new counsel. Not in East Tennessee. This is only my opinion and I do not speak on anyone else's behalf. Also Mr Mayer is verbally abusive. Don't go in there without a witness. They will know you're vulnerable and take advantage. At least my opinion.

They changed my mentality about filing, they didn’t make me feel bad, but what they did do is make me feel more comfortable with our situation.
