If I could give negative stars, I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Purchased custom suits for a wedding, one groomsmen had the wrong jacket come in. It was their error, they even verbally stated it was their error. The guy got a ridiculously unprofessional and snotty attitude. Told us there was nothing he could do, we would just have to use this suit for the wedding. When we asked if their tailor could make any adjustments, we were told he can't overwork his tailor because it's prom season. Did not even ask his tailor or ask his manager if there was ANYTHING they could do. He made NO effort to even attempt to rectify HIS error. He continued to make EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude comments while the CUSTOMERS were trying to figure out a way to get the CORRECT suit for the wedding that is 3 weeks away. The customers should not have to fix his mistake. Will never be using this company or any other company affiliated with them for anything in the future. This experience was unbelievable and I cannot believe this company hires people with that type of attitude, it's disgusting.

Visit 3/28/21. 3 associates working, over 20 minutes in the store without a nod, hello, or we will be with you in a minute. Looking to buy 1 grooms suit set, and inquire 6 about groomsman's sets. Dressed casually, and treated like we did not exist. Drove from Crossville, quite disappointed.

The staff there are experts and clearly know what they are doing. Every time I go in they're running great sales as well. As someone that has to wear formal clothing for work 5 days a week, they're the only place I go.
