I got my sewing machine as a gift and had some issues with the auto thread they went out of their way to help me and take care of the problem and show me how to use some of the other things on the machine. Wonderful and friendly staff. They also are stocked with sewing materials and other things that you don't see else where. The other places I called to help with my problem would not help. I was very impressed with the service and kindness of the staff. I will now go out of my way to buy anything I need from them. Worth the drive.

My friends and I went to this shop to look for cute fabric to make masks for our family and friends. I found a couple cute patterns and the prices were good. However the reason I gave a one star rating and will not be going back is that not one of the 5 or 6 employees in the relatively small shop was wearing a mask, just days after the county wide mask mandate. This seemed especially risky as it is not a large store and there were also several customers inside at once. Wearing a mask is really not much to ask for in order to protect our families, friends, and community. If this is how little the staff and owners care about the health and safety of their customers, they will not be getting my business, even after the present danger has passed.

If you are working in an industry supported totally by discretionary spending, you should be welcoming and accommodating to your customers rather than complaining that you hate working with fabric and tossing fabric at them.
