I have been a client of Mike Lewis State Farm for several years now. I have always experienced excellent customer service. Mike reached out to me a few weeks ago to review my current services. During that conversation I was surprised to find out that they offered home mortgages through Rocket Mortgage associated with Quicken Loans. I was also surprised that he is able to offer rates that are lower than dealing with Quicken Loans/Rocket Mortgage directly. Mike not only saved me over 250,000 over the life of the mortgage I had previously, but was also able to take 10 years off the term of the previous mortgage I had. Another great thing about this new mortgage was that my monthly payment remained almost exactly the same. I now have my vehicle insurance, home insurance, home mortgage, and even personal liability insurance all through Mike Lewis State Farm. I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but in this case I felt like I needed to. His entire staff is very friendly, outgoing, willing to help, knowledgeable about their services, and very professional.

Tree fell on my 2009 Ridgeline during a recent wind storm. I called State Farm, had a claim and a recommendation for repair. I visited the repair facility and had an estimate within minutes. The truck was taken care of quickly. The repair facility was both friendly and professional. The finished repair was flawless. Hope I never need this service again but I’m sure glad I had this team this time.
