Friendly and courteous employees. I had a need for lamination and did not require a wait. Job was completed in short time. They also have UPS and FedEx drop off.

Went to pick up a product I ordered when I got there they had a big sign up saying temporarily closed 2 cleaning the store was completely closed no one in the building I had to go to your competition to get this product for a new job I just started yesterday after being unemployed for 4 months and I had little time to get this product for my new job without it I could not have worked and could have lost my job because of poor communication no wonder Office Depot only does copying
Came to this Office Depot to get a office chair that was in stock on the website- found the display- took it to the register asking if they had anymore or if we could purchase the display. The young man went and asked the manager- didn’t even check if they had anymore or if we over looked the chair in the box- told us we could buy the display for 12 more due to assembly!!! Won’t be back to this location!

I was here for over 45 minutes just waiting on a print for a poster. The first print took almost 20 minutes to get because there was only one person behind the counter, and a swarm of other people wanting to check out and have print jobs. I stood there staring at my mangled and mis-proportioned print jobs laying on the printer as person after person came and went. When someone finally got around to me, I needed the print resized. The worker “resized” it by cutting an inch off the edge so there was not a full picture anymore. I stood staring at that misprint for another 20 minutes or so before I just decided to take my flash drive and go. Another customer had been there for much longer than me trying to get her business cards printed, to no luck. Do NOT come here to get anything printed!!! Huge waste of time. As an update, I drove down the road to Fedex and got my print job done in less than 10 minutes. This is why Office Depot is a FAILING BUSINESS!!!

This location is the WORST Office Depot I have EVER been too. Associates being rude was first and foremost. Someone's tone and demeanor goes along way. Not only that, but when you dont know how to properly do your job, you shouldn't have that job. Beyond that, coworkers bickering at EACHOTHER in front of customers is beyond ridiculous and not business like AT ALL. Beyond that, whoever the manager is OBVIOUSLY isnt doing their job or their employees would be acting like employees instead of children. A terrible experience and will NEVER shop at this Office Depot again, which is sad, because it's the only one in my area as far as where I live. Ridiculous.
