I've been going to once upon a child since I was pregnant with my daughter. She is now 3 years old. I absolutely love this store and the fact that they know you by name and you feel like family when you walk in. It's just so convenient to drop off a box to be sold and then use the money to buy the next round of clothes. Kids grow so fast it just makes much more sense to do it this way. I definitely recommend the store to anybody who is looking to buy kids clothes.

The place is overall nice.. The prices are reasonable,but you will find somethings that are to pricey, and not the greatest quality.. I have never had an issue. I wish they would buy larger shoe sizes such as 5Y-7Y for the bigger kids.. I have managed to make okay money off my clothing, but you must realize they are trying to make a buck too..

I brought in a bunch of in perfect condition clothing and this store only took a couple of things. The stuff I brought looked better then some of the stuff on the shelfs, but they neglected to tell me on the phone when I called that they only accept new clothes. So they unfolded everything and threw it back in my basket. Anyways that should definitely be something you tell people so they do not waste their time.

This location doesn’t look at your clothes before telling you they can’t take anything... I’ve brought them my clothes and less then 10 min I receive a message saying they can’t take anything I took the same clothes to another location and they took half at least, such a shame they treat you like this here.

I love this store, but the lack of organization and selection of the boy section has been kind of disappointing the last couple of times I have been. There was a whole wall of girl clearance and maybe half a rack of boy clothes. The baby sleepers for boys have such a small section but i feel like last year there was a whole wall of them so I'm not sure if they're just in the back or if they just don't get anything above 6 month sizes in. Either way, I will definitely be back for my 2 growing kiddos.
