Hands down would 100% recommend PALS. Casey took excellent care of me from the beginning, paying attention to the smallest details, and insuring that things were done in a timely matter! The atmosphere that greets you when you walk in the door was above and beyond my expectations! If you need a new shop, with excellent customer service this is the place to go!

GREAT first experience with auto repair service from PALS. My car’s check engine light was flashing & the engine was shaking. I was afraid to drive it to my normal shop for repair, dreading a roadside breakdown as well as the hassle of getting a ride while my car was getting fixed. After seeing recommendations online, I called PALS early Monday morning. They picked up my car within an hour & left me a loaner car for a small daily fee. Within a few hours, they called & went over recommended repairs, maintenance, & prices for each. I knew I needed an oil change, tire rotation, & some other maintenance I had been putting off. They took care of everything I needed & weren’t pushy at all about the things I turned down. Before noon today they brought my car back to my house, repaired & even washed. I might’ve been able to get the work done for a little less expense at my old shop, but the friendliness, speed, quality, & convenience of PALS is worth it. 5 out of 5 recommend.

If your like me and put off going to get your car service then this review is for you. I’m a busy Mom and hate taking my car to service. It feels inconvenient and I hate not having my vehicle. I needed brakes and a door actuator. I called PALS service on Wednesday and talked to Casey who offered me a loaner car while it was in service and was pretty sure they could have it back by Friday. I got a call at 11:00 am on Friday that my vehicle was ready. But here’s the awesome part they delivered my car back to my house!! I cannot tell you how much of a game changer this was for me. I live in Farragut and use PALS service department because of the fair price and customer service. I never expected they would deliver my vehicle to my house. I cannot say enough great things about these guys. If you want excellent customer service along with certified technicians this is the place to go!

Such a great place! Came in to purchase a new tire and drove off in a new car!!!! They have wonderful staff there had the pleasure of dealing with Zack who worked with me to make sure I left with the car I wanted. 2 months later I'm still extremely satisfied with my purchase. Also you can't beat a free vacuum and car wash lol.

Even though I didn't end up buying a vehicle from PALS (already sold before I could get there) I did still want to say that my interactions with Daniel Taylor were nothing but friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to not only try and find an alternate vehicle when the one I wanted wasn't there, but also called me a week or so after my visit to check in and see how things were going (I was out of state and travelled some distance to see the car). I think going into things I was wary just given some of my past experiences at dealerships, but it really was nice working with him even though we couldn't make a sale.

What a great car buying experience! The people over at PALS were amazing to work with and made it feel like buying a car from family not a dealership. If you are in the market for a used car but are tired of the pressure of a traditional used car lot this is the place to go!

Huge thank you to the team at PALS, specifically Daniel Taylor for tracking down our 'dream' vehicle with our desired options and in the interior/exterior color we wanted. It wasn't easy to find and it was obvious that Daniel went above and beyond to close our deal. We've had some bad experiences with car salesmen, but Daniel was the most communicative, cordial, and importantly genuine car salesman we've ever worked with. If you're looking for a specific vehicle he's definitely your man. Though we hope to not have to buy another vehicle for a while, we will certainly keep PALS on our list next time around!
