My mom and I came to Flora to get the permanent eyeliner! We had always wanted to get this done but of course was a little nervous but Flora made the experience all worth while! She makes you feel just like family and is very precise with her work! We just had it done today and absolutely love it! Can’t wait to get through the healing process and NEVER have to deal with putting eyeliner again !!

Just had my eyebrows done by Flora for the second time since 2002 and they look amazing! So worth the cost! Brandy did my lips, eyeliner and brows in 2002 and they were beautiful! I am naturally blonde with brows lighter than my hair and I was very conservative with my color in 2002, so it faded over time. This time at Flora’s recommendation I went a shade darker and a little bolder and I’m very very happy! Even my husband loves them and he hates this sort of thing!
