Friendly, Professional, Timely and Clean!! I recently moved to the Knoxville area and had been driving an hour and fifteen minutes to get my haircut at the salon I had been going to for years. A friend recommended this salon close to work. It is extremely difficult with my schedule to get time off and make it to my old salon before close! My stylist Tessa was extremely professional and friendly along with the rest of the staff. While I was there the other stylist was working on some kids hair next to me and did an amazing job keeping him entertained as well! I am so happy that I now have a place to go that is right down the road.

I took my grandson and granddaughter both here for their first haircuts. I couldn’t have been more impressed. Both the different stylists were amazing. They took their time and were so gentle with my grand babies. The atmosphere was fun and kid friendly. We are life long customers. Thank you!

My kids absolutely LOVE going here! The ladies make it such a fun environment for my son and my daughter. They cater to each of my kids individually for their own wants and needs, always have cute new kids movies playing, and everyone is so friendly and creative! Would definitely recommend

Maria was AMAZING and so sweet! We were a little late due to traffic but she was patient and really in tune to what I wanted for my sons haircut. She did a great job interacting with him and his cut was perfect.

This place is beyond cute! I had never seen anything like it. It was a great experience from the moment we walked in the door. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a fun experience with their kids and make haircuts easier!

Zero stars. Would no longer recommend. We used to love this place, when Alisha was there, but the staff now seems inexperienced and I was SO disappointed with the outcome of my son’s haircut. The whole place has lost it’s fun personality. They didn’t charge me, because of how terrible his hair came out, but it needs to be known.... Pigtails and Crewcuts is NOT what it used to be. Save your money and go to Sharkeys near the mall.
