Installers had impeccable attention to detail and did a great job cleaning up my yard afterwards. The production team and Adam Watson was very responsive and was attentive to my concerns. I had 6 new windows installed and a siding project done about 8 months ago. The windows have definitely saved me money on my light bill! They are insulated perfectly and the windows are energy efficient. My siding project was done quickly and efficiently and I'm very satisfied. Also very well insulated. Will definitely recommend!

Pinnacle Home Improvements is the company I chose for work at my home in Sevierville, Tennessee that I purchased in October of last year. I contracted new windows, roof, siding, shutters, gutters and downspouts. Needless to say I am very pleased with the final product. They were very professional and would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others. Quality of craftsmanship is outstanding. Thank you to Adam for always being available to answer all my questions. Thank you to the siding guys (Charlie, Mark, Robert, and Bobby) who addressed any of my concerns and went above and beyond to provide attention to details to my liking (I am very particular). They were very conscientious and arrived every day from start to finish until the work was completed. They did an awesome job with clean up and debris removal as well. I am waiting on gutters and downspouts to finish the job but was anxious to provide a review. If you need anything done please do not hesitate to contact them. With moving to work from home due to covid, my girlfriend and I noticed an increase in our electric bill. Due to issues with our siding and windows the insulation was not quite doing its job. I'm very happy we were able to get in contact with Pinnacle! The quality of windows and siding are amazing. Amazing customer service. Great work from production and installation team! Great product and great employees. Had new siding, soffits, fascia, gutters put on our house. Kept you informed on when they were going to start and made sure the work was completed properly and I was satisfied.
