Wouldn't pick up container stated a car was in the way, there was a car on one side, 6 feet of clearance UPDATE several emails with customer service and hours later i get a phone call. While she apologized for the \inconvenience\ she offered nothing to appease the situation other than \We'll try harder next time\ I need it moved so I could get the Uhaul box in tomorrow. Who by the way is far superior than Pods in service. When I told her i will have to drag it out of the way so i could get my other box in, threats of legal action and fines was her response. Apparently she doesn't understand Pods failed on their end of the contract rendering it void

This is less about their service and more about the company. I was traveling through Knoxville and a truck carrying a PODS container was a few car lengths ahead of me and to the left. About 1/3 of the PODS sign on the back of the container broke off and hit my truck, causing minor damage. I sent PODS photos of the truck carrying a POD, with most of the sign missing, pieces of the sign I picked out of the body seems on my vehicle, and the damage the sign caused. All I asked was that PODS pick up the costs of buffing the scuffs off my paint. This cost is probably less than 150. PODS denied the claim because their contracted trucking service denied the event. Well there you go, their container, on the back of a contractor’s truck, damaged my vehicle, and I must pay for the repair, even though I have photos of all of it. This is not a reputable or honest company.

Don't advise ever. They will deliver quickly but give them a 10 day window to pickup the answer is no had to get a uhaul after loading pods to move. Good concept but their customer service is poor container was in bad shape as well. There was even a issue with them just picking it up and not returning it. Wasted lots of cash with these folks will never do this again

I moved from Florida to Tennessee. I had a set in concrete timeline for making the move. I ordered the POD well in advance of the need. The driver that delivered the POD must have been in a hurry. He did not tell me anything about the POD. He nearly tore the roof off with the lift after he placed the POD. After he left I noticed there was a large tear in the roof of the POD. I called and was told that it would take several days to deliver another. I could not wait. I went to The Home Depot and bought a roll of Flex Seal and patched the roof. The wooden floor in this POD was damaged and several of the bolts were sticking up. There were oil stains all over the floor. I have used Pack Rat in another move (they could not accommodate my time frame) and their containers are cleaner, better kept and the doors do not roll up. Update: So as requested I emailed them and received a response saying I would be contacted and as of today that has not happened.. John

Everything has been so easy & professional. I appreciate that PODS respects my time & are prompt.Yesterday I spoke with Dennis, a Solution Specialist regarding my pickup of my POD. He was extremely knowledgeable & helpful regarding my POD & I will be sure to call PODS next time I have any storage needs.
