I love Powell Auction. They really are helpful with questions or loading unloading. They will tell you everything you need to know about your item. !! There was a false bidder out bid me, they checked into it found they weren’t real and called me to see if I wanted to purchase the item for my last bid !! Who does that?? Powell auction that’s who!! This company messed up the shipping address of my auction item and refused to communicate after I asked for a resolution. I sent multiple emails and provided ample time for them to rectify their problem, yet they refused to reach out with a solution. Will not be purchasing from them again.
