I ordered their black 32mm bar. Without any trouble it arrived quickly via the Fex Ex live caveman javelin launch routine (he was real sneaky too). The Fex Ex box was broken open on one end and the P S spiral cardboard tube was destroyed almost from one end to the other. On close inspection I discovered that this bar didn't have a scratch on it. Amazed and bewildered I proceeded to place my new bar in a nice safe corner of my weight room for safe keeping. A plastic foam disc placed on the floor preserves the lower end of the bar and a new clean rag takes care of the rest. This bar needs some thin slick oil to make the sleeves spin like a top and after that it will be on with my magnificent obsession.

I wanted to share my recent experience since I saw mixed reviews prior to making my purchase. --- I tried calling beforehand and got an automotive response letting me know that they were only communicating via email due to high number of calls – this made me apprehensive, but I took a chance. I purchased a set of weights on 5/19/2020 and on 5/28/2020 I reached out since I did not see any movement with my order. They responded directly to me the following day with FedEx tracking information. I received my weights on 6/1/2020. That means from the time I ordered, to the time I received my package it was two weeks. I think that is great!! I would purchase from them again.

Unparalleled customer service! My wife ordered some bumper plates as a welcome home gift for me. She accidentally only ordered one 20kg plate and one 10kg plate thinking she was buying a pair of each. When the plates arrived and we realized our mistake she emailed customer service asking to be put on a wait list for two more plates since we couldn't find them on the website. Within ten minutes we got a call from Patty offering to send us a matching pair of bumper plates completely free even when we're the ones that messed up! We are completely blown away with this company's responsiveness and generosity.
