I had to have my Audi aligned before a road trip. Brian answered the phone, was polite and said I could bring it on over. When I arrived (about an hour later) he said they had several walk ins before I arrived. I said I understood, but he (Brian) said, \hold on one sec\. He spoke with his tech and quickly came back and said he'd be able to squeeze me in next. I was in and out in under an hour for a four wheel alignment. I had even asked about rotating the tires and after a quick check (based on tread wear)... He recommended that I save time and money this visit and it didn't need it until perhaps my next oil change. I appreciate that since most mechanics jump at the chance to make extra money from a female client even if it's unnecessary. Thank you so much for the fast, honest and professional work!! I don't have the tech's name who did my alignment. The alignment was badly needed BTW! Please thank the tech for sure!! Feel free to add his name to this review!! They are notacable from the road. My family has been going there for 20 years. Friendly faces, reasonable prices. Very trustworthy. They try and be the best prices in town.
Cane and Daniel who were was working on January 20th gave me amazing service. They provided all of the information that I needed about pricing and their latest deals politely and professionally. This was my first time at Precision Auto Tune and I'll be going back. I highly recommend them!

I couldn’t get my car fixed here for no fault of theirs but the service they still provided me was nothing but the best. Next time my car has issues I will be taking it here even though it’s about 20 minutes from where I live. 100% recommend this place.
