I've been buying from QPOA for many years, and have never ever been disappointed, they meticulously check out and test all appliances before they hit the selling floor. They take ownership of all they do! George walked me through a beautiful dishwasher I was interested in as a surprise for my wife, and without trying, sold me on the purchase with his intimate knowledge of the nuances of its workings. Lavone (may be misspelled), fixed our dryer to perfection! Chris was personal, cordial, and very fair in all of the final sells I've had the pleasure of being involved in, as are all of the employees that work there. You can't go wrong by checking with Quality Pre-Owned Appliances first before making any appliance decisions!

It's awesome I've used this store for over a decade. As you can see it has stayed in the family--my mom reviewed it, too. I second the 90 day warranty. It gives me comfort knowing that they are there for 90 days of my using it. The other two of my favorite things they do is a trade-in discount and free delivery in Knoxville . I don't drive a truck and none of my family or friends do so that's a great help!
George is awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of used appliances and can help you fix up your old one as well.
I bought a used washer and dryer set five years ago for about 300. These babies are still going strong! I live in Rockford, but they delivered them for 50. When it turned out that my laundry room was too small, they exchanged it for a smaller one and didn’t even charge me for the second delivery! They are kind, helpful people, and I would recommend them to anyone!
Chris (owner) is a good guy. Very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. AND he has a good sense of humor. He struck me as an honest man.
