The crew that came out to set up drying machines were nice and pleasant. However, they advised several times that the floor wasn’t really that wet. I’m no expert so you can form your own opinions but if it wasn’t that wet then why were 4 machines necessary for 4 days in a tiny bathroom?? (They charge per machine, per day.) The guy that was scheduled to come out and check it daily was late the first day. The second day he called to request an earlier time then failed to show up, call or text for 4 hours. I went on in to work. He finally calls to see if he can come by. Advised him at work he won’t be able to check it that day. He then proceeded to set up a visit for the next day. Third day appointment time comes and goes. I call office and find out that guy called in and didn’t bother to tell anyone I was scheduled?!?! Manager advised me they will come out and check equipment. They come out ask where equipment is. I show them. They “tested” and said it’s dry, collect equipment and leave. Guess when they know insurance is paying their bill they don’t feel the need to provide good customer service. Update: When there was a delay in submitting their payment from the insurance company to them they proceeded to call and text until their payment was received. It’s funny how when they were supposed to be checking the machines daily, so as not to overcharge, no one was calling/texting to be sure that was done. Only when it came time to collect their money were they consistent with reaching out to me.

Professional and friendly. Always deliver what they promise. I would trust my home to them.
Hired them to clean our office per COVID-19 CDC guidelines. Workers cleaned for less than 45 mins and did not clean the way I was told they would. I observed the crew for about 15 mins. All surfaces were not wiped down like they promised. Sent us a bill for over 8k!!!!! On top of that, extremely rude office staff when i disputed the bill. DO NOT USE!!!!!
I have had experience with water remediation when my home was extensively damaged from Irma damages in Florida. If there is one thing I learned, was how critical the drying process is to minimize the acute damages and any risk of future mold. I had a major water leak from my washer just 2 weeks ago. I called another company who planned to be out in the morning; shortly after filing a claim, my home owners insurance recommended their preferred vendor. Within 5 mins I was talking to someone, and in 90 mins Servpro was at my home....... not mid day, or morning but at 1:30am at night. This is when I knew Servpro is the real deal. I know a prior review spoke about noise or was it needed to leave a lot of equipment around to dry. The answer is YES; water remediation sucks; I love how quite my home sounds, but I’d take noise for a few days over the crazy long term damage and health issues that can occur when a job is rushed solely out of concern for client personal convenience, or the need of the equipment for another job. They were all about doing it right! The damage to about 1000 square feet of my home was significantly minimized due to their excellent work and fast response. They were more then willing to pursue every annoying request I had to confirm dryness. Thank you for protecting my investment, and our family’s home Servpro!! Special Kudos to both Tiffany and Jason!!
I called out to ServPro 10 days ago due to a water leak in my crawlspace. I told them I needed to have it pumped. Quick to have it inspected but then never got back to me. I called 8 (EIGHT) times before anyone got back to me, then they sent me a 7800 quote on some items I never asked for. Terrible customer service and poor communication. Only reason they have a 1 star is because I couldnt give them a 0 star. I called the rep 4 times over last 2 days to get the items that I asked for to be taken care of , with a response of \Talked to my manager and he said we can't change anything
