Literally never there. I have gone 5 times and no one has been there. Poorest run company in history, will definitely be out of jobs and business within the next year or two. They don’t even show to appointments THEY schedule. Rude and don’t even send out messages or call saying that they won’t be there. Can you imagine showing up to an APPOINTMENT and they professional doesn’t even show? Me neither. This business is doomed.

The website needs to be updated. It is not open one full day of the week at all. Mondays it is only open from 9 -11. Tuesdays it's only open 3-5. Wednesdays it is open 9-11 and supposedly again between 3-5. Thursdays it is only open 3-5 p.m. Fridays it is open 9-11. . I have been here several times trying on their "business" hours. One time a guy never showed up the whole day at all. I had to drive almost 3 hours to get service elsewhere. Don't even try calling the local number. There is no office secretary. You will talk to a foreigner in Texas and be prepared to be on hold for an hour.

Smart start is a scam operator, their so-called techs no nothing about installation of the product, my car has been disabled in their garage and pushed outside at night, left unlocked.they are threatening at the moment to have my car towed off of their lot.They are saying that what they did is not their responsibility and their tech was told by his supervisor to get rid off it. Take your vehicle to this scam group at your own risk. They don’t even deserve one start, but that’s the only way to get a review posted
The company is scam. I did my whole year and qualified to have everything laid for by the judge. Well that wasn't the case. They expected me to pay every month for something that was court ordered. I decided I didnt want my license anymore because it costs an arm and a leg to keep their device in your car. They wouldn't let me take it out even though I surrendered my license. They made it the hardest process to take the thing out of my car. I called my lawyer the judge the county clerk snd the company numerous times. Nobody seemed to care unless you were wanting to make a payment. It's all about money nothing else. Nobody should use this company because they are the worst.!!!!!
