I purchased a wedding dress for this store. At first customer service was excellent. But then i received the dress and the zipper was broke. When I contacted them. They were glad I got the dress but it was as is. I didnt get a chance to respond to her. As she deleted my messages and I was unable to respond to her message. I also told her how tall I was and she said the length would be fine. It is way to long, even with heals on. This should be a happy time for me. Its ending up being very stressful.

Everything about this store is wonderful! It has a wonderful selection! Both sizes and styles! Everything was very well laid out.the staff was very helpful. The dressing rooms were absolutely perfect. I can not say bough about the genius of it all! And, the prices absolutely can not be beat! It worth a visit!

This is the 5 th year in a row that my 2 girls and I have shopped Southern Belles Closet . We have always enjoyed the pleasant, friendly, and fun atmosphere of the sale. There is always a huge variety of styles and sizes of prom, formal, and bridal to choose from. This is by far the best place for value/prices for gowns. We have bought both new and gently used gowns here for 50-70% off of retail prices. It is definitely worth the trip from Johnson City. Joy and the volunteers are so easy to work with and will go out of their way to help you however they can. Definitely recommend!!

They were awesome in helping me find the right wedding dress for me. They made me feel like it was about me, not about getting me in and out. They gave me ideas and different options and were SO helpful. I loved the atmosphere there
