I was vacationing in Knoxville, TN and had a flat on my car. I called at least ten tire with Southern Tire being on the list of shops and Susan Lowe and the gentleman (that mounted the tire ) sorry didn’t get a name was so friendly and helpful that I decided to do business with them. I called multiple times and Monday they ordered the tire and it arrived Tuesday. Susan called and let me know the tire was there and they had me in and out and back on the road. Thank You EVERYONE at Southern Tire in Knoxville, TN.
Nice and very helpful group guys taking time to help the small guy as well as the big !! Always getting me back on the road, dirt or in field quickly !! Office lady is very nice and helpful too, directing my calls to just the person I need !! Thank you !!
My wife and kids had a flat, and were stranded. No one had the tire size my wife needed, these guys had one in the warehouse and had it to the store within 45 min. Awesome guys there I highly recommend them!!!!
Stopped there this morning. Supposed to open at 7:30. Gates were open around 7:20. We drove in slowly and were stopped in the lot by one of the employees driving around in the service truck. He very rudely proceeded to tell us that nobody is gonna be here until 8:00. We have stopped at Southern Tire Marts all over the country and never had any problems with people being unfriendly. Decided to take my money somewhere else.
Had a blowout on my truck these guys were on the job had me rolling in one hour and 15 minutes!!! Great Service
I called to change a tire on my trailer, I went there and in no time job was done, I am happy with he price and the quality of the work. Staff is friendly, specially Susan the one who answered the phone. Thank you guys
