Jacob and Brandon came to my house, and absolutely put on a clinic. These guys were absolutely considerate and quality-job-first oriented. These guys had these ducts clean as a whistle in no time flat.!! True professionalism with those two. Stanley Steemer...keep up the awesome work of keeping employees like these.

At first there was totally miscommunication! But at the end Stanley Steamer came through as usual! They actually went above and beyond what they usually do. I cannot Thank Tom enough for making sure I was taken care of. Great people to work with and price point is so much more reasonable. Rugs, carpets look fantastic! Thanks Stanley Steamer!

They came out and quoted me for duct cleaning and there price was very competitive. They scheduled me right away the help showed up when I was told they would be here. The job was gone over with the crew they set themselves up to perform the job taking all precautions to ensure that no damage would happen in the house while they did thee job when they finished cleaning the ducts and put there equipment away you couldn't tell they had done anything in the house.I would highly recommend them to everyone I know, the 2 techs conducted themselves very professionally it was a pleasure working with them.

After our initial 1-star rating of Stanley Steemer (below) we did receive a call from them and they re-cleaned our carpet properly at no charge. We're pleased with the final outcome, and we appreciate their willingness to stand behind their work. It's just unfortunate we had to complain so strongly to get it done. First review: We were very disappointed in the quality of cleaning from Stanley Steemer. Photos, text message, and phone call to Stanley Steemer resulted in absolutely no response of any sort.
