Simply outstanding. The family and I uprooted and made the move to Knoxville, leaving behind everything we've known. Sunny openly speaks of her experiences and uses real life examples, making the conversation seem more relatable and enjoyable. Nothing is ever a surprise. Sunny and her team go to great lengths to ensure we can worry a little less about some important \what if\ situations. Sunny is an amazing agent. She is attentive, productive, and truly has your best interests in mind. She takes the time to walk you through the different products and isn't just trying to sell you. I have my qualms with the claims process from a communication standpoint, but overall I was satisfied with my claim and my relationship.

Sunny has been my State Farm agent for about 10 years now. She has always been great and easy to deal with. She takes time to look at our policies and if she sees things that she believes will benefit my family she contacts me and lets me know. If I feel it is something we need I get it but if not she has never tried to pressure me into it. State Farm is a great insurance company and I have had several different claims over the years and Sunny has always been very helpful in resolving and following up on me after it is all over. Have had 3 different agents, the first 2 were good but this office is the best by far!
