We were very pleased and impressed with the level of personalized instruction provided by everyone at the center. My son completed the SAT prep course and increased his score by 120 points! I highly recommend their services and taking advantage of the practice tests. Kevin provides a detailed review of the result with suggestions for focused practice that is very beneficial.

My daughter did the online Act sessions, practice tests at their facility with tutors, and the crash course before she took her last test. Her score improved from a 27 to a 31. She has always made great grades but just needed to improve her Act score for help with college tuition. She worked with Kevin Ward and the other excellent tutors at Sylvan in West Knoxville.
