Called and asked if they had a rear bumper cover for a 2012 Ford Focus in gray and they said they did. Went there, found the car, pulled off the bumper cover and after trying to install it found out that the tabs didn't match the original so it wouldn't fit. Turns out Ford changed the tabs starting with the 2015 model. I tried to return it and they wouldn't take it back. No refunds. Period. I find this to be an extremely poor business practice as they told me that they had a bumper that fit. Now I'm stuck trying to sell a bumper cover that doesn't fit my car.

Terrible. Had a vehicle listed online. Called and they asked ME to look it up and give them the stock number. Then they told me they had it and to come over to get the parts. I get there and they tell me the vehicle isn't there and they have no Idea where it is.
