I took my car there a few years ago to have some work done on it. They estimated 10 to 14 days, but had my car for over 3 months. I called twice each week and was told it would be ready in a few days. They finally said that they had lost my car, but had found it and finally got it fixed. As a \token\ of their apology, they gave me a coupon for a FULL DETAIL, which I finally took the car in for this week. I picked the car up after hours last night. They didn't open the trunk to vacuum it out. They didn't touch the engine area. They put a dark hand stain on the side curtain airbag and actually pulled it loose apparently trying to get up out of the passenger seat. They also left wax residue, etc. I have photos posted below. This wasn't a \full\ detail... it was a \fool\ detail.
I thought the previous reviewer single star is a just fluke, no, it is not - just all around dragging their feet, taking no responsibility and no caring at all. I don't know how this shop can still be in business if not for toyota's name
