I have purchased jewelry at several other jewelry stores in Knoxville, but Treasures Jeweler's will ONLY have my business from now on! They always treat me like family. Not only, do they take the time to find exactly what I want, they work hard at finding the best price! I have sent several of my family and friends there as well, who have been more than happy with there selection and service. They truly understand if you treat customers like they do, they won't ever shop anywhere else.

I went to this store to pick up something a Valentine's day gift for my wife. As others have mentioned, I was treated like family and was very pleased with the purchase. I received great customer service from the entire crew and will be back in the future.
Took apart my watch haphazardly with a screwdriver. Went at it with no real idea what to do and scratched it along the rim of the back plate. (Should have used a watch knife -- a 3 tool that any amateur would have on hand.) Replaced the battery (the one thing they could do competently is the step literally anyone could do). Looked quizzically at the watch. "We don't know how to put this back together. We don't have the tools to do this." Compare to their website: "We have the tools and the expertise to get the job done right." Incompetent, unprofessional, laughable. This is the absolute most basic thing you could ask from a jewelry/watch shop. I leave with my only nice watch in pieces, a few scratches from amateur mini-screwdriver incompetence, and some serious questions about who's in charge here. Thank goodness I didn't ask them to make more serious repairs, they might have handed me back a pile of scraps. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
Best Jewelry store in the area! They have Pandora, Kameleon Watches, and tons more at great prices! The sales people there are so knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with! I would recommend this store to my family and friends!
