The physician and exam were excellent? The office staff is in serious need of classes in customer service. Called twice to come back to office for things that they forgot to do! No apologies, no explanation. My time is just as valuable as theirs and lack of acknowledgement, apologies, offers to correct actions lead me to give this dismal rating. It will be interesting to see if I get a response. No phone call from office mgr all day today after office staff was well aware of my dissatisfaction.

Had gotten glasses for my daughter at the Hall’s office recently and was pleased with her service. When the earpiece fell off my glasses yesterday morning I was left without functional glasses. I called Volunteer and was given an appt that morning. Once there I had a very thorough exam which included also very thorough explanations of medical problems noted by the optometrist. New glasses was chosen and my damaged glasses were checked but were unable to be repaired. From the receptionist to each staff member who helped me I appreciated their friendly assistance.

I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Connell at Volunteer Eyecare in Powell! He did a thorough exam, including my diabetes eye exam, and explained all his findings in great detail! My opinions were not brushed off, but taken seriously. The staff was also excellent. I had picked out some frames from the office's website. I tried them on and loved them! I can't wait for my new glasses to arrive!

I found the doctor to be great. However, these are the worst glasses I've ever had. They scratched almost immediately. Then, my puppy got them. Although I paid extra for protection, they refused to repair the puppy bites.
