I was stuck in my driveway at 3:00a.m in a u haul truck and it was raining and snowing and I called 5 other companies and no one would come out until that morning after 7:00a.m. and I was moving stuff to my new home so I had no lights on at my house and I was just moving stuff into my house with this u-haul well I got stuck in the mud in my own yard and I had to get out because it was freezing snowing and raining and this was the only place that would help me and they drove about an hour to get to where I was because no other companies around would come out that late even though they advertise 24 hours a day and emergencies it's all b.s. this is the only company that would help me in the middle of the night well 3:00a.m in the morning so thank you and y'all have great customer service the guy who came out was so nice and helpful I couldn't have asked for better service so I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of help at any time these are the guys to call
Trying to retrieve a vehicle of a friend that was impounded. Volunteer were the ones that towed it. I spoke AT LENGTH with “Brooke”. I had no idea how to go about finding it or getting it back. Even vague descriptions of where he was when it got impounded. She was more than patient, understanding & helpful. Just wanted to brag on them and especially Brooke
Had our car towed Friday night. The people who was towing it was extremely rude to me and my husband and the lady on the phone was too. They wanted to have me, a pregnant woman, walk 9 miles down from cotton eyed Joe's to receive the car. They are extremely rude people. I would not recommend this company.
