Absolutely splendid unlike Curry’s or Amazon you can speak to a person who answers the phone straight away! Caroline sorted out a laptop and printer for me and set the whole thing up for me and the delivered it personally to my door .They listen to your needs and then tell you what they recommend giving you several options .They are competitively priiced and their after care is second to none I have used them for many years and have never been disappointed Mike is great It is an absolute gem it a shop on a little road in Knutsford with parking right by the door ! All the devices and services of larger firms but with the bespoke service of a a small setup They are friendly and explain why they recommend things but always leave decicisions up to you I make no apologiies for this long review by the way I am no relation ! just a highly delighted long standing customer with recent experience only last week !
