Mr. Knutson was extremely helpful to me when I asked him to help me with a down to the wire problem. He agreed to meet me the next morning in his office to discuss my situation. When we met he sat patiently listening to what was going on and then got to work on what could be done. He stayed very professional even when I let out my emotions.
