All is okay at this Dis-Chem except for the older ladies behind the dispensary. Why am I made to feel like a criminal every time I try to collect Neucon or Concerta? Why do I need lectures on how to prepare scripts? Are these dispensary clerks really smarter than my GP (who has three degrees and over 30 years of family medicine behind her)? The older ladies at the dispensary fancy themselves as a little oligarchy who can "tsk tsk" my scripts every time I visit there. It's bloody embarrassing trying to plead with them to fulfill my legal, genuine scripts and also be talked to like I'm some sort of dealer trying to swindle drugs from them. I've been trying with them for the last six months, since we moved to Knysna. I think I'll take all my scripts to Clicks from now on.

Very happy for Knysna to have a Dis-Chem, it was time and people do not have to drive to George anymore. The isles are nice and wide and the shop is clean. I found the staff very helpful and the time in the que was 2-3 minutes. It is nice to benefit from the specials available as well

I know you are new and it’s busy season but pls get the basics right. Only 3 ppl on 8 tolls. Was backed up around the corner. No manager present. Hot and stuffy Q line (pls get air on) tellers looking for sunglasses covers. Till paper etc. Hope you improve your service.
