Very clean shop with friendly and helpful staff. The hotdog buns were fresh and tasted great. All the necessities we required for our weekend stay in Knysna was quickly found all in one shop.

Tops bottlestore at kwikspar knysna is absolutely terrible. Made a purchase and explicitly asked for a bag of which the teller did not ring up. My purchase was over R200 and when asked for a bag to carry all the items she said that she did not ring one up and that I must swipe my card again for R1 to purchase a bag. Other customers offered to add the R1 to their purchase as it is unheard off to swipe for R1. Well done Tops at Kwikspar Knysna. You will never see me again. Terrible service with a smile!!!
