Outdated shop design with old fashioned clothes - My wife hated the terrible selection. Our experience was not great. Food section is located right at the back of the store - not time efficient at all. Food isles are extremely cramped and clients are forced to use horrible oversized trolleys. There is no space to move in the food section and customers were bumping into each other. Music was way too loud in the shop and staff were talking loud and banged around crates of produce. Very overwhelming, negative experience in that place and actually abandoned our trolley with goods and left! Been here a few times, but will be avoiding this shop in the future. Not Woolworths quality or style.

All woolworths shops are good. This is not one of the better ones though. It is very cramped for space. Isles are very narrow and always blocked with packers because their is a lot of demand and they have little storage capacity at the back. So they have to keep packing in order to keep goods on the shelf. More often than not, some of their shelves will be empty and you will not be able to get what you want. Frustrating - every time! If you have time, go on to George where there is a proper woolworths shop. They have a far better stock than this one in Knysna. The range of clothing is also limited. Better go to George for that too. Woolworths have such a big customer base in Knysna, they could easily move to a much bigger venue and please their customers. There is no single store in Knysna whose vegetables and fruit are of the same quality as Woolworths. They have a captive market of people who don't want fruit that goes off quickly and whose eggs last long. Come on Woolworths, wake up to the reality of your market - and improve your store and keep your customers.

Not a fan of Woolworths. Their customer service sucks. I avoid Woolworths. I would rather spend my hard earned money at a retail store that values customers.

Service at Woolworth is always good. Manager Craig Woods, went out of his way to specially order soya yogurt for me as they don't normally carry this vegan item on their shelves. I appreciate it even more, since they really struggle to get products delivered during this covid time where regulations in the industry is very strict and limits the big companies to operate as usually.

Woolworths knysna has been one of the few stores thats been consistent with the covid19 policies when entering the store just makes the shopping experience during this pandemic so much nicer .

Always good choice. Pricing isn't competitive and seems to always be a queue. Otherwise a typical Woolworths with a good food section. Mens clothing could do with more affordable selection. Will see my few favorites through every month though!
