Great little museum especially if you like ships. There's a nice sized deck/patio on the second floor that allows you to get a better view of the harbor area. There are two simulator games, as well, where you can drive a ship to six locations in the harbor or pretend you're a long shore man and test your skills at moving shipping containers from ship to shore. Right now, for an extra 300 yen, you can purchase a combo ticket that allows you to go up in the tower. The museum also has a small Kawasaki museum within it. It displays the history of things built by Kawasaki and a few of the items are on display.

Nick Place to visit. Lots of fun with Ship simulator and flights simulator
Nice place to check out Bike series and get the information about all type of engine including bike , ship , airplane.
Wonderful museum you have to visit in Kobe, especially if you are traveling with your kids as there are many interactive games to learn more things in house!
I got frustrated because there’s not the ship my family got to Brazil in 1935- Rio de Janeiro Maru and others ships that are important to the history of Japanese immigration to Brazil. The replica of first ship that transport Japanese immigrants to Brazil is small. I think this ship and others ships were part of Japanese emigration to Brazil deserve much more respect and attention.
