Then we walked along the bay to Mosaic Big Ferris Wheel. There was a department store next to it, letting off steak smell as well. There are no other passengers at the foot of the wheel. The crew taught us to buy tickets with a machine and led us into a ferry where we sat face to face. Diane was nervous since this was her first time. The harbour was beautiful on that view. We might see lights from Osaka or other islands. The wheel rolled slowly with changing colour, and we guessed wrong several times for our being at the top of the circle. I love quiet harbour too much.

This is a nice place. Around the bay at night, city lights is gorgeous. Don't forget to take the cruise. 2 hours cruise for only Y2700. Also a good place for family especially children

Very fun ride with great views of Kobe Harborland, Kobe City, and out across the water! Went in the summer, and the Ferris wheel cars were air conditioned! It was a lovely experience. Enjoyable to both residents of Kobe and tourists alike.

A great way to enjoy the view in kobe. The wind is nice even during noon. Admission is 2500 for 4 adults.

The big Kobe ferris wheel is attached to a large shopping area and gaming casino. Views from the top include all of Kobe port including the tower and boats that are docked in harbor (often a cruise ship). There are so many Kobe beef restaurants to choose from that you may need to hire a local guide to select a good one. Even if you select a low end eatery, you will still probably have a good time. Just like your selection of the ferris wheel cart. They are all great. A
