Eric was super knowledgeable, transparent, takes ownership and responsive. I liked KOBLE’s setup because it works for both the Singapore and non-Singapore app stores, which is good for families everywhere trying to setup a smart home (great flexibility). Eric spends a lot of time/effort to get you off to a great starting setup without having you feel overwhelmed. I’d definitely engage Eric and Koble if I needed to do a smart home setup again. Thanks!

Guan from Koble listens carefully to my needs, came out with suggested solutions which met all my requirements and worked closely with my electrician to ensure that everything worked out according to plan. Guan was very patient in walking through the configuration and setup process with me and is very responsive to all my questions. Overall, am very satisfied with the end results and service. These are the 3 top attributes when I encounter Koble from sales to installation. They never over promise and willing to go out of their way to do the necessary for you. They come on time for their appointment and this makes them stand out of their competitors. However, 3 months down the road, when I whatsapp several messages to update my new contact, ask for help for a led light that turns off after 20 seconds of turning on and whether why the cloud services was unstable and not showing the switch is on or off, they are totally silent and never reply back.
