Kobus was the only tech store in the Shreveport/Bossier area that would take a look at my motherboard. They provided quick and excelent service and stayed in close contact with me the entire time. A very wonderful experience. I screwed up setting up my new computer and thought it was done for on day 1. They ran a free diagnostic for me, fixed my screw up, and made my computer more accessible for my school studies all for a very VERY affordable price that's worth it.
